Our brokerage closed 19 transactions this month equating to more than 92,000 square feet and 7+ acres. The month’s largest transaction by volume was the sale of 2840-2848 N. High St. in Clintonville. Andrew Green and Mike Simpson represented the seller of the 13,250-square-foot retail building which sold for $1.7 million. Chad Boggs and Max Ward closed the second largest retail transaction by volume for the month.
