May Closed Transactions
Our brokerage closed 19 transactions this month equating to more than 92,000 square feet and 7+ acres.
The month’s largest transaction by volume was the sale of 2840-2848 N. High St. in Clintonville. Andrew Green and Mike Simpson represented the seller of the 13,250-square-foot retail building which sold for $1.7 million.
Chad Boggs and Max Ward closed the second largest retail transaction by volume for the month. The team represented Pink Pistachio Café in leasing 3,223 square feet at 1072 Dublin Road in Grandview, the brand’s first Ohio location.
Office transactions remained consistent in May accounting for nearly half of the month’s activity. The team of Matt Gregory, SIOR, CCIM, Philip Bird, SIOR and Mitchell Moore represented the tenant, Expeed Software, in signing a lease at 8101 N. High St – the largest office transaction by volume for the month. Overall, the team closed 85% of the month’s office deals.
Industrial transactions remained steady with the largest by volume being the sale of 2424 Harrison Rd. Ryan McGreevy represented the seller of the 6,792-square-foot industrial warehouse for $1.1 million.
