NAI Ohio Equities Brings Net Leased Industrial Portfolio to Market
A fully leased portfolio of nine industrial assets totaling 317,516 square feet across nine cities and counties in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia has hit the market.
The properties were purpose-built for, and the portfolio is entirely leased by a subsidiary of Rheem Manufacturing, a global HVAC leader. Five of the properties are located in Ohio, including one in Columbus at 1527 Old Leonard Avenue. The Ohio locations include Cincinnati, Dayton, Lima, and Piketon, in addition to Louisville, Kentucky; Lexington, Kentucky; Corbin, Kentucky; and Huntington, West Virginia.
NAI Ohio Equities’ Peter Merkle, Andrew Green and Matt Gregory, SIOR, CCIM are the listing agents. Calls for offers should be submitted by July 31. Offers can be made on the full portfolio or individual/smaller sets of properties.
“A portfolio of this scale doesn’t often hit the market, so we are excited to bring this rare investment opportunity to market,” said Vice President Peter Merkle. “We plan to announce the official date for offers in the next week or so and anticipate a lot of interest.”
