NAI Ohio Equities closed over 25 transactions during the month of May, including a large number of Industrial sale and leases. Some of the larger transactions included the sale-leaseback of 1727 Georgesville Road, co-oped with NAI Hiffman, for $13,625,000 and the sale of 525 Maxtown Road for $2,350,000. For the month, our office closed on 13 leases and 9 sales.
