Andrew Schnitkey joined NAI Ohio Equities in 2007 and brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate marketing. Before joining the company, he served as Director of Technology at Zelnik Realty Group, where he combined marketing strategy with technology to deliver client-focused solutions.

As Director of Marketing & Innovation at NAI Ohio Equities, Andrew leads the company’s overall marketing strategy while guiding initiatives that strengthen innovation across the organization. He oversees brand development, communications, and digital marketing practices including web development, email campaigns, internal tools, vendor relations, and custom projects. Beyond day-to-day marketing, Andrew also drives efforts to improve processes, introduce new ideas, and enhance company-wide adaptability.
