Andrew Green joins NAI Ohio Equities with more than 10 years of experience as a commercial appraiser. Andrew has a deep understanding of the commercial valuation process, which will aid him in advising clients regarding how their investments might be impacted by market conditions and risk mitigation strategies. As an appraiser, Andrew has appraised more than $1 billion worth of assets over hundreds of transactions.

Andrew graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, majoring in both marketing and real estate. He has held his certified general appraiser license since 2017 and earned his real estate license in 2023. Since joining Ohio Equities, Andrew has represented owners and tenants in retail, multi-family, and office transactions and has a deep knowledge of these asset types. Andrew has also worked extensively with specialized asset types, including mixed-use development, automotive dealerships, and cannabis facilities.

Andrew is a member of CCIIR, Columbus REALTORS® (Membership Committee), Ohio Association of REALTORS®, Columbus Landmarks, and Merion Village Association, and he is actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
